For years, the Canadian Real Estate Association told Canadians why they should use a Realtor. But the message wasn’t landing. More people than ever were considering selling their homes without one to save a little money.

Trying to save money by skipping a Realtor sounds like a good idea. Until it isn’t. This campaign ran for years, turning the “money you saved” into the punchline by showing the painful consequences of buying or selling a home without an expert.
